These sessions are intended to discuss areas of interest from the most recent survey of membership, as well as solicit feedback on possible recommendations in 6 key areas have been assessed and recommendations will 6 areas including: 1) structure and decision rights 2) IT and communication 3) volunteer leadership 4) measures and rewards 5) growth and development and 6) member involvement. Following these recommendations, Brighter Strategies will present recommendations to the Executive Board in March 2021. Their report will include an impact/effort analysis and priority ranking on possible recommendations. Sessions will be capped to the first 25 participants.
